Ed Sheeran has written some beautiful songs and one of them is going to be used for a 60 second TV ad that will air during the national day of reflection on March 23rd. The day of reflection is to mark the one year anniversary of the first national lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The charity, “Marie Curie”, is producing a campaign and organizing a national day of reflection to encourage everyone to “take a moment to reflect and a moment to connect”.
Sheeran’s song “Supermarket Flowers” is about his late grandmother and was donated for free to the charity.
The 60 second film will show possessions from those who have lost their lives to COVID-19.
