John Krasinski Has Red Sox Legend David Ortiz On “Some Good News”

On Sunday evening, John Krasinski dropped his third episode of “Some Good News” and he keeps upping the ante with each new show.

A group of nurses and respiratory therapists from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston fighting coronavirus in Boston got a huge surprise from Newton’s John Krasinski and Red Sox legend David Ortiz.

Ortiz came on and told them the Red Sox are going to donate four tickets for life to “you and everybody at Beth Israel.”

The group was then given a ride to Fenway Park on a sanitized duck boat, where they headed out to the field where the entire Red Sox team thanked them on the video board and then threw out a ceremonial first pitch.

On top of that greatness, Krasinski also made the usual self-aware news that he is receiving more attention for this than he should and joked he is now seeing a therapist about his new found youtube fame. He also delivered “Some Good News” per usual with some amazing clips from around the world.
