Kevin Hart Reveals His Diet And Regimen That Saved His Life

Kevin Hart was a guest on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast. He’s never really discussed his car accident and recovery but he did with Joe.

Doctors told Kevin that he would have been paralyzed had it not been for his core strength and his fitness level prior to the accident.

During recovery he hid his degree of pain so they wouldn’t stop his physical therapy.

He switched to a plant-based diet to aid with his recovery. Plant-based diet has been linked to a quicker recovery as it lowers inflammation in the body.

Doctors advise patients who want a faster recovery to stay off of meat and diary. Chronic inflammation can slow down cell regrowth.

Kevin admits that he does dabble in a little chicken from time to time.
