In the wake of the Coronavirus Pandemic, many Restaurants and Bars are being forced to shut down. The CDC has recommended that there should be no gatherings of 10 or more people to stop the spread of the virus.
Well, small businesses and restaurants are obviously going to take a hit. However, some of them are finding ways to keep their burners cooking. Many in the area are offering to-go deals to entice people to still buy from their places.
Dane Patrick, a local IT Consulting, took the initiative to launch Bexar-Necessities.com, a website with a list of restaurants — from mom and pop places to chains — that are still open and offering delivery or curbside options.
The list has columns for delivery and curbside for each restaurant. If neither option is checked, the restaurant is offering to-go only, he says.
Here is also a shortlist. If you have a local restaurant or business that we need to add to our list, SCROLL DOWN out SUBMIT their name below.
You can also order from delivery services like Favor and request Doorstep Delivery to limit your interaction with others.
