With a buzzy role on Quibi and new marriage to Joe Jonas, @sophiet has a clear place in Hollywood’s new royal court. “The second I finished Game of Thrones, I wanted to go straight back to some form of television,” she told ELLE for our April issue. “Now that I’m out of it, I’m only starting to realize how incredible it was, what a revelation it was for television. When it’s happening, you don’t realize you’re among greatness: The people I was around. The atmosphere. The way they worked. I was spoiled by that show completely. And I’ll never have anything like it again. Nothing will be the same. And only now am I realizing that.” Link in bio for the full cover story.⁣ ⁣ ELLE April 2020: Editor-in-Chief: @ninagarcia⁣ Cover star: @sophiet⁣ Photographer: @arthurelgort⁣ Stylist: @bethfenton_⁣ Writer: @therealsager⁣ Hair: @cwoodhair ⁣ Makeup: @lisastoreymakeup⁣ Manicure: @traceymattinglyagency

Sophie Turner is appearing on the cover of the April edition of Elle Magazine and she opens up about her one-time hatred of the Jonas Brothers and her first date with Joe Jonas.

Turner, who at the age of 10 was a big fan of the British band, Busted, blamed the Jonas Brothers for breaking her favorite band up after they covered their song “Year 3000.”

Fast forward years later when friends told Sophie that her and Joe Jonas would get along really well. Joe slid into Sophie’s DMs to ask her out on a date but she was still skeptical.

“I brought all my guy friends to come with me to meet him, because in the back of my mind I still worried that he could be a catfish,” however, things however worked out in Joe’s favor and Turner now says, “I’m really lucky to be with him and have someone like him want to be around me and spend time with me.”
