Usually when a concert or show is canceled, you would hope to receive your money back… unfortunately, that’s not the case for Stubhub or Ticketmaster. Both distributors have changed their policy to only cancellation as a valid reason for a refund. Stubhub says, “it is currently impossible for us to offer immediate cash refunds to all buyers.” While they may not be able to fully refund, Stubhub is offering a coupon for fans to use toward a future purchase at 120% of the original purchase.
